Auditionees name and age

a daytime phone number

an email address you check regularly
-
your audition date
An LCT representative returns your call to confirm / schedule your appointment.

Let us know you will be attending by sending the above information to
Anne Meacham, Production Stage Manager. She'll return your email to confirm your appointment.
After confirmation of your appointment we'll send you an an audition packet. Be sure to print it out and complete it prior to your audition time frame.
