LCT creates theatre year-round with an abundance of opportunities for professionals and youth. We are always interested in meeting talented new theatre artists and finding opportunities to share in their artistry. The majority of our hiring happens between January 15 and March 30 each year. Except for:

• Associate Artist Actors – hired on a rotating basis, advertised approximately 12 to 16 weeks prior to each contract.

Auditions – We offer audition opportunities in the form of open community auditions for our Discovery and Learning Stage Series as well as professional audition opportunities for those actors with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.
