Resident Professional Internship Program
Lexington Children’s Theatre is committed to training future
generations of theatre professionals. Our resident professional
interns are an integral part of LCT. Their time, talent and skill
enhance our high profile, high quality line of theatre arts
productions for the children and families of Kentucky.
Applicants should be highly motivated individuals who have
acquired basic training in the arts and are looking to explore
their field further through meaningful hands-on experience. At
LCT, Resident Professional Interns can expect to be challenged by
a creative process that relies on both ingenuity and
collaboration.
Each intern receives a well-rounded theatrical experience by
learning about the day-to-day operations of a professional
theatre, while maintaining a primary area of specialization.
Additional assignments are based upon experience, interest and
need.
