- Auditionees name and age
- a daytime phone number
- an email address you check regularly
- your preferred audition date
and time
During the season an LCT representative returns your call to confirm / schedule your appointment.
NOTE RE: SUMMER FAMILY MUSICAL: Due to the large volume of auditionees we email your audition packet as your confirmation rather than calling. (We will return your call if you had a question.) If you have not received your audition packet within 7 days of calling, please contact Anne Meacham via email (see below).
