Assistant Technical Director / Master Electrician
A year round employee beginning in late May.
Preference is given to candidates who will stay for two years.
The ATD/ME assists the Resident Designer in the execution of our professional eleven show season. Responsibilities include assisting with construction, implementation and installation of scenery for each show, as well as maintenance of the scene shop and theatre facilities, may work as board op on some productions, lighting design for at least four shows, supervision of light hang and electrics changeovers, maintenance of theatre lighting systems. Potential for more lighting design opportunities and some scenic design opportunities may be available for qualified candidates. Applicants with sound design skills have ample opportunities available.
Details: Salary $300 a week, paid holiday leave, housing provided
