Toyota Ticket Subsidy Application 2019/2020 Season

AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING PERFORMANCES ONLY:

All 11:45am (and 12:00pm for the holiday show at The Lexington Opera House) MAIN STAGE Performances in Lexington All Regional Performances (Morehead, Frankfort, and Hazard)

Not available for Learning Stage performances in Lexington

Maximum of $400 Allotment per Order

You must make your reservation using our online School Show Request form prior to applying for subsidy.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Kentucky has generously granted a subsidy for students on Free and Reduced Lunch.  This subsidy will pay up to $2.50 of the ticket price for those students.  If you have students who qualify for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program, you can complete and submit this online application. There are limited funds, so applications will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis with a maximum allotment of $400 per order. If your school is coming to multiple shows, you may submit multiple times for different shows.
